*Restocking fee waiver requires the item to be in open-box condition (opened but not used or damaged), with the original manufacturer box in resalable condition, the original outer shipping carton returned for inspection, and all original contents (manuals, accessories, warranty cards, cables) present. You are still responsible for return shipping. We inspect every returned item; if the product or packaging does not qualify, the standard restocking fee applies even with a replacement purchase.

What Must Be Included

All returns must include:

  • Original manufacturer packaging (box, foam inserts, case)
  • All included accessories (cables, batteries, chargers, rod clamps, etc.)
  • All documentation (manuals, calibration certificates, warranty cards)
  • The RMA number written on the outside of the return package

Important: Returns received without an RMA number or missing components will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us to request an RMA number

Email info@expresstools.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship the item without an approved RMA number.

Pack the item securely

Use the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Ship to the address provided

We will include the return shipping address with your RMA confirmation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund processed after inspection

Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 2–3 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

New products carry the original manufacturer's warranty, which is provided and administered by the manufacturer. Express Tools does not provide or service warranties. Typical coverage periods by brand:

Warranty Claims

Warranties are provided and administered by the product manufacturer, not by Express Tools. If your product has a defect covered by its manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly through their authorized service network to start a claim.
