Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), ship the same business day from our warehouse in Nash, TX.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent automatically via ShipStation once your order leaves our warehouse.

Special Order & Lead Times

Certain products — including Schonstedt locators and other specialty instruments — are not stocked in our warehouse and are fulfilled as special orders. Lead times for special order items are typically 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

If your order contains a special order item, we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date. You can also contact us at info@expresstools.com to confirm availability before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from ShipStation with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have an Express Tools account, you can also view tracking from your order history dashboard.

Large & Freight Items

Heavy or oversized items — including machine control systems, machine guidance components, tripods, and large equipment cases — may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and may require a loading dock or forklift for receipt. We will contact you prior to shipment to coordinate delivery. Additional shipping charges apply to freight items.

US Shipping Only

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to international destinations, US territories, or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. International availability may be expanded in the future — contact us if you have a specific need.
