Responsible Sourcing Policy

Express Tools is an authorized dealer for the brands it represents — Topcon, Leica Geosystems, Spectra Precision, Trimble, and Sokkia. Authorized-dealer status means we source products directly through official distribution channels, with legitimate calibration documentation and factory-backed warranty support.

We do not purchase inventory from unauthorized resellers, grey-market importers, or channels where provenance cannot be verified. Every product sold on expresstools.com is sourced through an authorized channel of the respective brand.

We do not knowingly stock, list, or sell counterfeit products. If we discover that a product in our inventory is counterfeit or otherwise misrepresented, we will immediately remove it from sale, notify affected customers, and cooperate with any investigation by the brand owner or relevant authorities.

Customers who believe they have received a counterfeit or misrepresented product should contact us immediately at ethics@expresstools.com. We will arrange a return and refund at no cost to the customer.

We expect our supply chain partners to uphold the following minimum labor and human rights standards:

• No use of forced, bonded, or trafficked labor
• No employment of children below applicable minimum working ages
• Compensation at or above applicable legal minimum wage requirements
• Working hours in compliance with applicable law
• Safe and healthy working conditions free from recognized hazards
• Non-discrimination in hiring and employment
• Freedom of workers to resign without penalty

As an authorized dealer whose suppliers are primarily large, publicly listed manufacturers with their own published supply chain standards, we rely on those programs and supplement them with our own due diligence as appropriate.

Products listed on expresstools.com are professional contractor instruments that comply with applicable safety standards and certifications for their category (CE, FCC, etc.) as shipped by the manufacturer. We do not modify products in ways that could affect their safety or warranty status.

If we become aware of a safety recall or advisory from a manufacturer, we will promptly notify affected customers and facilitate any required remedy in cooperation with the manufacturer.

Our purchasing decisions are based on quality, price, service, and authorized status — not on personal benefits offered by suppliers. We do not accept improper benefits in exchange for supplier preference, and we expect our suppliers to refrain from offering them.
